Depuis plus de 20 ans, j'enseigne l'Organisation industrielle à l'ENSAM de Cluny.

Créateur du 'BIM Maturity Model For Renovation' (www.BiM2FR.eu) offrant une synthèse des leviers déterminants au déploiement du BIM en entreprise, je travaille également sur les apports de l’IA pour traiter les données issues de bâtiments connectés. 

Enseignant-chercheur depuis 2018, je m'intéresse aux technologies 4.0 en étudiant leurs interactions avec les facteurs humains en production, pour une meilleure caractérisation du Lean 5.0 Je suis à ce titre porteur du projet d’envergure visant à la création entre 2024 et 2027 d'un LAB LEAN 5.0 sur le centre Arts et Métiers de Cluny (projet NCU RITM-BFC / ANR-17-NCUN0003). Ce projet renforcera l'enseignement, la recherche et la formation centrée sur le LEAN à l'ère de l'industrie 5.0.
